Here are the simple steps to set the x-ray image as your iPhones wallpaper:
- Visit this page on your iPhone.

- Select “Save Image” from the menu options.
- Launch the Photos app and then tap on Camera Roll.

- Now tap again and tap on the arrow button at the bottom left corner.
