
PC maker Toshiba had announced its Excite line of products back in April this year and after all these months it has finally decided to add a 10-inch tablet to the lineup. As gathered from various reports, Toshiba has announced to launch a 10-inch tablet by the name of Excite 10 SE which runs on Google’s Android Jelly Bean. The tablet is set to go on sale for $349.99 starting tomorrow December 7.

The Toshiba Excite 10 SE sports a 10.1-inch AutoBrite HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800p and comes powered by Nvidia’s Tegra 3 Super 4-Plus-1 quad core processor. There’s 16GB of internal storage onboard which is expandable via a microSD card slot. There’s also a 3MP rear camera along with a front camera as well.
The 10-inch slate runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and its connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, OTA, 3.5mm audio jack, USB 2.0 and Bluetooth 3.0. Physically, it weighs around 22.6 ounces and measures 0.4-inch in thickness and its stereo speakers feature SRS Premium Voice Pro technology that offers great audio experience for music, video and games, or while video chatting.
